Сертификатът за съответствие GOST R е официален документ, потвърждаващ съответствието на стоките, които подлежат на сертифициране на стандартно качество и безопасност. Те са определени от действащите разпоредби (стандарти GOST и технически регламенти на Руската федерация). Системата GOST R датира от времето на Съветския съюз. В момента тази система все още остава актуална и се използва на територията на Руската федерация. В същото време техническият регламент е предназначен да хармонизира националните стандарти и доведе до реформиране на конкурентния растеж на местните производители в Русия в съответствие със съответния федерален закон. Техническите регламенти на Евразийския митнически съюз (TR CU) за сертифициране EAC заменят старата система GOST. През февруари 2010 г. Руската федерация прие наредба, която определя кои продукти подлежат на задължително сертифициране и кои продукти изискват само декларация. GOST R Certificate of Conformity is an official document confirming compliance of goods that are subject to certification of standard quality and safety. These are specified by current regulations (GOST standards and technical regulations of the Russian Federation).
The GOST R system dates back to the time of the Soviet Union. At present, this system still remains relevant and is used within the territory of the Russian Federation. At the same time, the technical regulation was designed to harmonize national standards and resulted in reforming the competitive growth of native producers in Russia in accordance with the relevant federal law.
Technical Regulations of Eurasian Customs Union (TR CU) of EAC Certification replace the old GOST system.
The Russian Federation adopted an ordinance in February 2010 that determined which products are subject to mandatory certification, and which products require only a declaration. The products that need only a declaration may be additionally certified on a voluntary basis. The certificate obtained is a full confirmation of compliance for specific products to the standards of quality and safety specified by current regulations.
